Dhanbad ; The process of phase-wise opening of IIT ISM Dhanbad has started. In the first phase, on September 1, more than 450 PhD project fellows have been called to the campus. After the medical checkup, these students have been sent to the respective hostels for a seven-day quarantine. If everything goes well, from September 8, these research scholars will start research work in the lab. The second phase is the reporting of BTech, MTech final year students on 20th September. In such a situation, now the students of second year and third year have also asked to call us too.
Let us inform that more than seven thousand students are studying in various courses in IIT ISM. The campus was closed on 18 March 2020 due to Corona pandemic. After the first wave, the campus was opened only for research scholar students, but was closed within a few days due to the start of the second wave. Now the campus is being gradually opened when the situation becomes normal. Even after the campus opens, second year and third year students will study in online mode only.
On the other hand, the institute has issued advertisement regarding Post Doctoral Fellowship for High Performance Computing Computer Center. Maximum age should be 35 years. The selected will be given fellowship from Rs.60 thousand to Rs.66,150 (in the next three years) every month.
