Palamu: Commissioner Dashrath Chandra Das conducted inspections of various branches and office buildings within the commissioner’s office premises. Das inspected the Public Information and Public Relations Office, Video Conferencing Hall, Registration Branch, Nazarat Branch, Regional Education Joint Director’s Office, Branch Officer’s Chamber, Record Room, Regional Transport Authority Office, Deputy Director Welfare, Deputy Director Panchayati Raj Office, and the offices of officials from related departments, as well as the conference hall.
During the inspection, he directed the offices and branches to maintain cleanliness and instructed them to ensure the safekeeping of documents and records. He emphasized the proper organization and effective utilization of records. Das also suggested setting up a well-organized record room for better maintenance of records.
