Following the directives of District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner Shashi Ranjan, two hundred and thirty micro observers were trained at Giridih +2 High School for the second phase.
General Observer Remya Mohan inspected the training and provided several instructions and suggestions to the micro observers throughout the duration of the training. She emphasized that micro observers are not part of the polling team. Their role is to observe the adherence to the Election Commission’s prescribed standards by the polling team at the respective polling centers and report as per the prescribed format. She interacted with the micro observers and commended the quality of training.
The training was successfully coordinated according to the guidelines by Nodal Officer of the Training Cell and Deputy Development Commissioner Ravi Anand. Additionally, 520 polling parties were trained at Heritage School.
District Election Officer and Deputy Commissioner Shashi Ranjan personally visited the training venue and instructed all polling officials to work with team spirit and coordination. He emphasized zero tolerance for any errors and urged everyone to take the training seriously.
District trainers Parshuram Tiwari, Ramanuj Prasad, Ashok Singh, Amarendra Narayan, Chief Assistant Ram Lakhan Ram, Ajit Kumar, and Saurabh Kumar Sinha provided support for the training.
Many officials, including LRD Vijay Kumar Keraketta and District Education Officer Shri Durganand Jha, extended their support for the training.
Master trainers Dilip Kumar Pathak, Rampravesh Sharma, Amarendra Narayan, Sumant Tiwari, Sunil Kumar Upadhyay, Sanjay Singh, Neeraj Kumar Pandey, Satish Kumar Sinha, Vinod Dixit, Manoj Kumar Dwivedi, Alok Kumar, Saroj Kumar Azad, Govind Prasad, Sanjay Kumar Pandey, Niranjan Kumar Dubey, Manik Gopal Das, and Devesh Kumar Pandey conducted the training for micro observers.
