Three persons killed in a collision between bus and car in Saraikela

Saraikela, Three people, including a couple, were killed when the car in which they were travelling rammed into a bus at Ghatdulmi on the Saraikela-Chouka road under Chandil Police Station area of this district on Saturday.

The deceased have been identified as Firoz Ansari his wife Reshma Parveen (24) and nephew of the couple Sameer Ansari (35). All hailed from Gorangkocha and Tiruldih villages under Chandil Police Station area.

Police said that the bus was going towards Ranchi while the car was travelling towards Jaggannathpur when the head on collision took place. In the incident the five year old son of the couple sustained serious injuries and has been admitted as TMH Jamshedpur.

The bus driver fled from the spot leaving the vehicle behind. Later the bodies were sent for post-mortem.
