Ranchi, One person was killed as two groups clashed with each other over a piece of land located at Titla Chowk under Ratu Police Station area of the district on Thursday.
In the clash a man called Idrish Ansari was killed. Police said people were working on the land when a group from Simalia reached the spot and dispute broke out between the two sides.
Locals said the two groups were staking their claims over a piece of land at Titla Chowk. Soon a clash broke out and they attacked each other with sticks. Idrish sustained serious injuries and died.
