Major fire at Pune furniture godown

Pune, A major fire broke out at a key furniture warehouse situated in the city outskirts here on Tuesday. According to fire brigade officers, there were no casualties.

The furniture at Dagde area of Pisoli village was destroyed as fire officials battled for four hours to bring the blaze under control.

Fifteen fire tenders were pressed into service. After the fire was doused officials launched a search operation to check the exact amount of damage, police said.
