Four gangsters arrested in Dwarka murder case

New Delhi, Delhi Police on Thursday arrested four gangsters from Jharoda Kalan area in connection with a murder in which a man, Tinku Kharab, was shot dead in Delhi’s Dwarka on Monday.

Delhi Police Commissioner Rakesh Asthana said, “Police have arrested four gangsters in connection with Dwarka murder case. The persons associated with gangs will be busted and tough legal action will be taken against them.”

To curb the gang war and criminal activities in the city, a large number of criminals have been arrested and sent to jail. Some of the members who are outside and are committing crime on the instructions from within the jail will be held very soon, he added.

Delhi Police will take up the task with its Haryana and UP counterparts to curb the crime activities.

A 20-year-old man was shot dead while he was riding a car in Dwarka area on Monday.

Tinku Kharab, was a resident of Mundela Khurd of JP Kalla. The deceased was suspected to be a member of the Manjeet Mahal gang. He was killed by two unidentified attackers near Najafgarh. It is believed that the attackers were rival gang members, sources said.
