New Delhi, EW Correspondent : Indian Railways, in a commendable move to promote domestic tourism, launched the ‘Bharat Gaurav’ Tourist Trains in a bid to unravel the treasures of India’s cultural diversity. The year 2023 witnessed the successful operation of 172 trips under the ‘Bharat Gaurav’ initiative, attracting an impressive count of 96,491 tourists. These trains traversed through 24 States and Union Territories, unveiling the splendors of India’s historical landmarks and cultural marvels.
