Latehar EW News: Under the chairmanship of Dupty Commissioner Mrs. Garima Singh, a review meeting of development works being carried out under the District Mineral Foundation Trust (DMFT) was organized in the auditorium of the Collectorate. During the meeting, relevant officials were directed to review the physical and financial status of works being carried out under various departments of the district through DMFT funds and provide necessary and appropriate guidance.
In the meeting, directives were given to expedite the renovation of Anganwadi centers, development of health facilities, road construction, and completion of other ongoing projects at the earliest. Additionally, based on priority in mining-affected areas, all ongoing projects were instructed to be completed within the specified timeframe. Furthermore, for those projects that have been completed, instructions were given for post-inspection payments. The Dupty Commissioner directed all implementing agencies to expedite the completion of pending projects without delay.
While reviewing the progress of work done so far in the meeting, the Commissioner provided several necessary and appropriate directives to the relevant officials of various departments.
Present in the meeting were Additional Development Commissioner Mr. Surjeet Kumar Singh, Civil Surgeon, District Welfare Officer, Nodal Officer of DMFT Mr. Santosh Bhagat, District Social Welfare Officer, District Education Officer, Special Duty Officer of Confidential Branch Mr. Shreyansh, Executive Engineers of the respective department, and the team of DMFT.
