Delhi to be Enveloped in a Spiritual Aura with Mandir Prakoshth’s Initiatives

In a special ceremony at the Bagheshwar Dham, under the leadership of Dhirendra Shastri, 108,000 lamps will be lit in honor of the consecration of Lord Ram

New Delhi, EW Correspondent: The Delhi BJP Mandir Prakoshth (temple cell) is gearing up for a grand celebration to infuse the city with a divine atmosphere. As part of their campaign, Mandir Prakoshth has identified approximately 14,700 temples across the capital. On January 22nd, from 11 AM to 2 PM, a live screening of the Prana Pratishtha ceremony at the Ram Mandir in Ayodhya will be broadcasted in all these temples. Prior to this, several other significant events are scheduled.

According to Mandir Prakoshth, the most prominent event will take place on January 20th. In a special ceremony at the Bagheshwar Dham, under the leadership of Dhirendra Shastri, 108,000 lamps will be lit in honor of the consecration of Lord Ram. Nearly four lakh people are expected to be present at the Khatushyam Mandir on Delhi-Karnal Road during this grand event. All formalities for the event have been duly completed.

On January 17th, a bike rally will be organized in conjunction with the Prana Pratishtha ceremony. Around 5,000 priests from the temples will ride their bikes from the Delhi BJP office on Pandit Pant Marg to the BJP National Office on Deen Dayal Upadhyay Marg. People are encouraged to participate in the rally with devotion to Lord Ram. Additionally, around a thousand unipole hoardings with “Jai Shri Ram” have been installed throughout Delhi.

Karnail Singh, the President of Delhi BJP Mandir Prakoshth, stated that although the Prana Pratishtha ceremony is happening in Ayodhya, Delhi is already on its way to becoming ‘Rammay’ (filled with the spirit of Lord Ram). Currently, around 14,000 priests associated with Mandir Prakoshth are visiting households and providing Akshat (holy rice) to people. They are also inviting them to visit their local temples on January 22nd. Each temple is expected to have an attendance of approximately 200 people, totaling to around three lakh devotees across the city. The entire event promises to be a memorable and spiritual experience for all participants.
