Inspector Mohan Kumar Singh of MGM police station was arrested red handed by Anti Corruption Bureau taking a bribe of 10 thousand rupees. This action was taken on Tuesday morning at 11 am. Before the action, the team of Anti Corruption Bureau had reached Dimna Chowk along with the complainant.
To give to the inspector, the team gave 10 thousand rupees to the complainant with chemicals. As soon as the inspector took the money, he was arrested and taken to the Anti-Corruption Bureau’s office in Sonari. Mohan Kumar Singh is a 2018 batch inspector and is originally a resident of Pundir in Mufassil police station area under Hazaribagh district.
A bribe of one lakh was sought from the complainant Vinod Gope to manage a case, which Vinod Gope complained to the ACB. After this, the SI called Vinod to meet him on the NH side with 10 thousand.
