Administration will keep an eye on internet media during Durga Puja

Jamshedpur, Regarding Durga Puja, East Singhbhum Deputy Commissioner Suraj Kumar has issued detailed guidelines, in which the deputation of area wise magistrates along with their phone numbers have been issued. In this, all the station in-charges and magistrates have been instructed to comply with the rules of Kovid-19. There will be a special watch on internet media. Immediate action will be taken against any post spreading communal hatred. During this, all the magistrates have been told that the puja pandals will be surrounded on three sides.

There will be no orchestra, garba, bhajan sandhya or cultural programs. No hymn-song will be played on loudspeakers except chanting. The sound of the loudspeaker will also not be noisy. Liquor shops will remain closed on Navami and Dashami. The District Control Room will be active in the Sakchi police station premises, where any complaint or information can be given.

In the order of the Deputy Commissioner, it has been said that the immersion of Durga idol will be held on Friday, October 15. There is no procession, DJ etc. Immersion has to be done from 10 am to 5 pm. Liquor shops will remain closed on October 14 and 15. During this, the magistrates will be deputed at different places. During this time the road from Sheetla Temple in Sakchi to Ambagan Maidan will remain closed. During this time no one will be allowed to go even on foot. All the worship committees will go to their nearest river ghat to immerse the idol.
