Palghar, Two wiremen of MSEDCL who were stuck midair on the powerline above the Vaitarna river due to heavy floods, were rescued by the NDRF, reports said.
On Friday the two wiremen who were on the job of repairing the powerline, tried to cross over with the help of the powerlines but they got stuck mid air.
After being alerted about the incident, an NDRF team rushed to the scene and brought them down safely.
The duo have been identified as Madhukar Satvi and Pradeep Bhoyar.
A video of the duo hanging by the powerline and the entire rescue operation by the NDRF has gone viral on social media.
