Palamu. After the rain in the district, the roads of the main roads including the high road are proving fatal by turning into potholes. Youth Congress leader Deepak Tiwari met Ravindra Tiwari, a member of the National Road Safety Council of the Ministry of Road Transport and Highways, Government of India in the Parishad building, expressed concern over the pathetic condition of the main roads including the high road.
By giving a memorandum, he has urged not only to invite accidents in Ranchi- Medininagar main road Redma, Bairia, Bisfuta, No. 2 town but also to get the pits filled due to loss of life and property soon. The copy of which has also been sent to Palamu Deputy Commissioner and NHAI Project Director Medininagar. Deepak Tiwari said that where the roads are broken, public representatives, administrative officials have to come every day from those roads.Roads are being opened for construction from the district headquarters to the border going to the capital. This does not mean that potholes should be left to kill.
