The Godda-Ranchi Express of Jharkhand will be inaugurated on September 29. Railway Minister Ashwini Vaishnav will flag off this train running three days a week through video conferencing. Local MP Nishikant Dubey will also be present in Godda. The inaugural special train will run on 29th September, which will leave Godda at 1.15 am.
The regular operation of the train will be from Ranchi from 30th September and from Godda on 1st October. From Godda, this train will leave on Wednesday, Friday and Sunday via Bhagalpur, Jamalpur, Kiul. From Ranchi, this train will run on Thursday, Saturday and Monday. This train was earlier running between Bhagalpur to Ranchi. Now this train has been extended up to Godda.
Earlier it was discussed that the train would be inaugurated on September 26, but according to the notification of the Railway Board, it would be inaugurated on September 29. On a regular basis, this train will leave Godda at 12.40 hrs. Will reach Bhagalpur at 4.35 PM and will leave at 5.05 PM. In the meantime it will also stop at Podaihat, Hasdiha, Mandarhil and Barahat.
