Palamu: In preparation for the upcoming Matric and Intermediate exams starting from February 6, a meeting chaired by Dupty Commissioner Shashi Ranjan aimed to ensure a fair and peaceful examination process was held on Saturday. The district has established 71 exam centers for Matric and 37 for Intermediate, accommodating a total of 33,153 Matric and 29,756 Intermediate students. The Matric exams will take place in the first shift, followed by the Intermediate exams in the second shift.
Authorities emphasized a clean and corruption-free exam environment, providing guidelines to appointed staff and warning against any misconduct. Mobile phones will be prohibited for invigilators during the exams. The meeting covered detailed instructions for exam conduct and the responsibilities of center directors and supervisors. Deputy Commissioner Shashi Ranjan urged parents and teachers to create a supportive study environment for students, promoting a stress-free approach to exams.
