Ranchi/Jamshedpur EW News: The Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Shri Hemant Soren, is scheduled to arrive in East Singhbhum district on February 9th. He will participate as the chief guest in the approval letter distribution ceremony among the beneficiaries of the Pramandal-level Abua Housing Scheme, to be held at Gopal Maidan.
To ensure the successful execution of the program, the Deputy Commissioner, Shri Manjunath Bhajantri, and the Superintendent of Police, Shri Kishor Kaushal, conducted an inspection of the program venue and reviewed the preparations. During the inspection, they emphasized that all relevant officials should complete their preparations at their respective levels. They discussed ensuring law and order, arranging seating for honored dignitaries and beneficiaries, water supply, provision of toilets, medical teams, ambulance availability, barricading at necessary locations, and other arrangements.
The Deputy Commissioner stated that the first installment of the Abua Housing Scheme will be issued to the beneficiaries from all three districts during the program. Tasks have been assigned to ensure the proper preparation of transportation arrangements from Sonari Airport to Gopal Maidan. It was directed that there should be no negligence in security and law enforcement arrangements, and officials at all levels were instructed to review the arrangements.
The Superintendent of Police mentioned that robust security arrangements will be in place for the Chief Minister’s arrival. Considering the large number of people expected to arrive from all three districts of the Pramandal, efforts are being made to ensure smooth arrival and departure. He emphasized the need for adequate deployment of forces, designation of route charts, and ensuring smooth traffic flow during the arrival of people from other districts.
Present at the venue were Additional Development Commissioner Shri Manish Kumar, City SP Shri Mukesh Lunayat, SDM Dhalbhum Shri Piyush Sinha, ADM Law and Order Shri Rajiv Ranjan, Director NIP, DTO, DPO, DPRO (Public Relations), along with other administrative and police officials.
