In the upcoming elections, the first battle is to save the constitution:  Gulam Ahmad Mir

Ranchi EW News : A meeting was held at the Press Club auditorium under the chairmanship of Jharkhand Pradesh Congress President Rajesh Thakur. The meeting, attended by executive presidents, Lok Sabha constituency in-charges, Lok Sabha candidates, district presidents, district coordinators, and spokespersons, saw the presence of Gulam Ahmad Mir, the state in-charge. Detailed discussions were held regarding the Five Justice 25 Guarantee Campaign and the updated status of booth-level agent registration, with inputs from the district president and Lok Sabha coordinator.

Gulam Mohammad Mir, the state in-charge, instructed the Lok Sabha candidates to establish a central election office at each parliamentary constituency level, which will remain open 24/7.

Addressing the leaders present at the meeting, Gulam Ahmad Mir emphasized that a party’s manifesto is its roadmap. He highlighted that the Congress manifesto this time is not just traditional but reflects the voices of the people, gathered through Rahul Gandhi’s Bharat Jodo Yatra and Bharat Jodo Nyay Yatra. The manifesto focuses on addressing the grievances of the people and ensuring their freedom of choice in matters of living, eating, dressing, and speaking.

Rajesh Thakur, the Pradesh Congress President, stated that the electoral atmosphere in Jharkhand is positive. He emphasized that in elections, it’s not the candidate but the organization that fights, as candidate announcements can happen anytime, but the organization’s preparation continues for months, ultimately determining the success or failure of candidates.

He stressed the importance of upholding the Congress’s Five Justice 25 Guarantee campaign before the public to compare it with the false promises made by Modi and the guarantees given by Congress in the past and for the upcoming elections.
