In order to nab the accused involved in cyber crime, the police of Odisha Cyber Cell is raiding possible places in Jamtara for the last two days. On Saturday late evening, the police of Odisha Cyber Cell, in collaboration with Jamtara Cyber Police, raided Karmatand’s Bermundi, Dumaria and several other villages and arrested three accused. Mobiles found with the three arrested accused were used in cyber crime. Another accused including Shahzad Ansari, Ravish Ansari are in custody. Jamtara Cyber Police immediately refrained from saying anything in this regard. Sub Inspector Vinod Oraon of Odisha Cyber Cell said that three accused are being interrogated by taking them into custody. The mobile found near it has been used in cyber crime. The main kingpin of cybercriminals is still out of arrest. The operation is going on for the arrest of the main gangster.
Deoghar Police has arrested 18 cyber accused on Sunday. CSP Director Ravi Ranjan is also included in the accused. He is the CSP of Nearby Pay Near Jasidih Durga Mandir. From them, the police seized 29 mobiles, 42 sims, eight ATMs, seven passbooks, five checkbooks,A micro pos machine and a laptop have been recovered. Pos machine has been recovered from CSP operator Ravi Ranjan. Most of the arrested cyber accused used to cheat people by luring them with cash back. Out of these, a case of assault is already registered against Kundan Das, resident of Madhupur police station area in Madhupur police station. Inspector Sudhir Kumar Poddar, Mahendra Das, SI Rupesh Kumar, Harish Kumar Singh, Pankaj Kumar Nishad, Manoj Kumar Murmu, Amit Kumar, Swaroop Bhandari, Mohd. Real brothers are also included in the arrested cyber accused. Kundan Das and Vikas Das, residents of Bhedwanwadih village of Madhupur police station area, Kisan Das and Kanhai Das residents of Bara village of Patraul police station area, Pintu Kumar Das and Tinku Kumar Das residents of Kusaha village of the same police station area are real brothers. Apart from these, the police have arrested Bittu Kumar Das, resident of Baski village of Pathradda OP area, from the house of Vikas Das, resident of Bhedwanwadih village of Jeeta Madhupur police station area. On the other hand, Sachin Kumar Das, a resident of Bhedwanwadih village, Bablu Das, a resident of Bhedwa Mohalla of Madhupur police station area, Tinku Das, a resident of Bara village of Pathraul police station area, have been caught. At the same time, Vimal Kumar, originally a resident of Sanghra village of Pathraul police station area, has been caught from the house of his brother-in-law Subhash Das resident of Kusaha village of the same police station area. While Amit Kumar, resident of Kusaha village, Ravi Ranjan, resident of Jasidih Bazar,Armaan Ansari, Atiq Ansari, Ehsan Ansari, residents of Morne village of Mohanpur police station area, have also been arrested by the police and sent to jail.
