Hemant Soren leaves for three day visit to Delhi, to meet Amit Shah over caste based census

Ranchi, Chief Minister Hemant Soren on Saturday left for a three day visit to the national capital where he will meet Union Home Minister Amit Shah with an all party delegation over the issue of caste based census.

The delegation will be meet the Union Minister at 4 PM at his residence and demand for a caste based census and inclusion of Sarna religious code in census form. Further the Chief Minister is also likely to raise his objections over the issue of number of LWE districts in the state.

Apart from the Chief Minister from Congress party Aalamgir Aalam and Rajesh Thakur, from RJD Satyanand Bhokta, Sudesh Mahto from AJSU, Binod Singh from CPI-ML, CPI from Bhuneshwar Prasad Mehta and CPM from Suresh Munda will be also part of the delegation.

While Aalamgir Aalam and Rajesh Thakur are already in Delhi, AJSU supremo Sudesh Mahto will be leaving for New Delhi on September 26. Despite BJP receiving an invitation the party is yet to take a call over joining the delegation.
