Decision of action on breaking discipline in the meeting of Palamu District Bar Association

Palamu : Many decisions were taken in the meeting of Palamu District Bar Association Working Committee, which was presided over by Ramdev Prasad Yadav while General Secretary Subodh Kumar Sinha presided. In the meeting, all the members unanimously decided that all the office bearers and members of the Advocates Association would execute their tasks in a disciplined manner. Indiscipline will not be tolerated at any cost. Discipline is essential in any organization for all round development. It was decided in the meeting that punitive action would be ensured after investigations if any derogatory words against the office bearers and members of the union are made viral on social media. It was also decided that the foundation day of Palamu District Advocates Association would be celebrated with pomp in the month of January. Efforts will be made to ensure the presence of big politicians in this function. It was decided that digital cards would be issued to all the advocates from January. So far only 300 advocates have submitted their details in the prescribed form of the association. The appeals of all the remaining advocates have been made to submit by November 30. The meeting was attended by Vice President Mandhari Dubey, Treasurer Varun Kumar Singh, Joint Secretary Administration Ajay Kumar Pandey, Joint Secretary Library Nitin Kumar Pandey, Assistant Treasurer Ram Pravesh Singh, besides working committee members Sanjay Kumar Pandey, Manmohan Singh, Lalit Shukla, Shankar Tripathi, Vidyasagar Nityaram, Ashwini Tripathi, Satyaprakash Dubey and Virendra Shukla were present.
