DC visited the school to check out the status of teachers, cleanliness, and rice distribution

Sahibganj (Jharkhand) | Deputy Commissioner Ram Niwas Yadav is constantly monitoring the schools with the aim of strengthening the education system of the district and making education opportunities available to every part of the society. In this sequence, today he did a surprise inspection of the upgraded Middle School, Bada Panchgarh. It’s known that the Deputy Commissioner has been taking stock of Kasturba Gandhi Balika Vidyalaya and other government schools at regular intervals and work is being done to improve the schools by giving instructions related to this to the concerned officials.

Surprise inspection of the school

During his surprise inspection conducted today, he inspected the condition of the school. Taking information related to the presence of teachers in this sequence, the Deputy Commissioner himself checked it. At the same time, he also made necessary inquiries from the headmaster while checking the documents related to the offices. He inquired about the children and enrolled children who appeared in class 06, 07 and 08 and took stock of the study work going on in the class and he said that the study work should be run smoothly.

Rice distribution review

During this, he inquired about the status of rice distribution from the headmaster and he checked the quality of rice being distributed. In this regard, he was apprised that the work of distribution of rice for three months to the children is going on and all the children are being given its benefit.

Be aware of the system of cleanliness

Meanwhile, taking stock of the school premises, he inspected the facilities for cleanliness, electricity, water system, toilets etc., where he directed to keep the school premises clean, toilets and classrooms clean. During this, he inquired about the number of students in the school, their attendance, subjects to be taught and availability of teachers etc.

In this regard, the headmaster also urged the Deputy Commissioner to construct a blotting pit for drainage of water. During this, apart from the Deputy Commissioner, Principal Anil Yadav, teachers and others were present.
