Jharkhand Police has arrested three people for destabilizing the Hemant Soren government by horse-trading ruling MLAs. The three arrested accused have been sent to judicial custody. But according to the things that are coming out about the arrested accused, accused Nivaran Mahto has a fruit shop in Dundibazar of Bokaro and he had landed on Hindustan Awam Morcha (HUM) ticket in the 2019 assembly elections.
On the other hand, Amit’s father has a tea-dumpling shop in Dundi Bazaar itself. The families of both of them have alleged that the police of Bokaro City Police Station reached their house at around 1.30 pm on 22nd June and took both of them with them. On Saturday, June 24, it was reported through the media that the arrest of both was shown from the Lee Lake Hotel in Ranchi.
The third accused Abhishek Dubey lives in Ranchi’s Devi Mandap Road. In this regard, on the basis of the complaint filed by Congress MLA Anoop Singh alias Jaimangal Singh, a case of sedition was registered along with sections 419, 420, 124A, 120, B, People’s Representation Act and PC Act and other sections of the IPC.
