JPSC has filed an appeal in the Division Bench of the High Court against the cancellation of merit list of 6th JPSC. On Saturday, JPSC has challenged the order of the Single Bench by filing an appeal petition. It was said by JPSC that the merit list has been done according to the rules of the government. There is no error in this. Therefore, the order of the Single Bench should be quashed.
The recruitment process which started in October 2016 was completed on 21st April 2020 with the final result, but against the result, the candidates approached the High Court. On this, the High Court has given its decision on Monday and directed JPSC to prepare the merit list again.
