Ranchi. Chief Minister Hemant Soren will hold a marathon review meeting on September 30 regarding central and state sponsored schemes. All the Divisional Commissioners, Deputy Commissioners and Superintendents of Police of the state will attend the meeting to be held in the Project Bhawan auditorium. While deciding the agenda of the meeting, the Cabinet Secretariat and Monitoring Department has informed the concerned departments and districts.
Rural Development Department: Review of approved schemes against the allocation received from Prime Minister’s Housing Scheme, MNREGA, Phoolo-Jhano Ashirwad Yojna, Birsa Green Village, Poto Ho Khel and 15th Finance Commission.
Revenue, Registration and Land Reforms: Courts and land acquisition pending cases, government land transfer cases, verification of GS land of coal companies, formation of land bank for industries department and availability of land for setting up rice mill.Energy Department: Review of organizing camp for DPS waiver of electricity bill, site selection for installation of solar floating project in reservoirs, dams and canals, identification, verification and encroachment of land acquired in Koderma and Hazaribagh district for UMPP Tilaiya To release.
Mines and Geology Department: Utilization of the amount of DMFT, action plan for prevention of illegal mining.
Welfare Department: Scholarship Scheme, Forest Rights Patta, Renovation of Hostels.
Women and Child Development: Social Security Pension Scheme, Nutrition Distribution.
Agriculture, Animal Husbandry: Availability of urea and other fertilizers, KCC distribution, progress of livestock scheme and cold storage.
Law Department: Review of return of cases filed related to Pathalgadi and selection of Law Officer.
Personnel, Administrative: Review of pending certificates and action taken under Service Delivery Act.
Panchayati Raj: Review of approved schemes against allocation received in 15th Finance Commission.
Drinking Water and Sanitation: Review of Jal Jeevan Mission and Swachh Bharat Mission.
Road Construction Department: Status of land acquisition compensation and forest related matters in NHAI and State Project.
Home, Prison and Disaster Manager: Law Department, Crime Control, matters related to land dispute, pending non-bailable warrants and preparation of law and order during festivals.
