Ranchi EW News: BJP candidate Arjun Munda filed his nomination from Khunti on Tuesday. On this occasion, Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh, BJP’s state president and Chief Minister Babulal Marandi, state organizational secretary Karmveer Singh, AJSU Party leader and former Deputy Chief Minister Sudesh Kumar Mahto, MLA Nilkanth Singh Munda, Koche Munda, BJP’s Lok Sabha in-charge Ravindra Rai, state vice president Rakesh Prasad, and many other leaders were present.

Union Defense Minister Rajnath Singh addressed a massive public meeting held there. During this, he strongly criticized the components of the Jharkhand Mukti Morcha, Congress, and the Indian Grand Alliance. He said that the Indian Grand Alliance wants to instill fear among people and gain their support, while the BJP seeks support through love, affection, and respect. Politics cannot be sustained by lying and deceiving people for a long time.
Rajnath Singh said that after the formation of Jharkhand, BJP had three Chief Ministers, and none of them were tainted by corruption. One of them was missing for one and a half days. He also emphasized that the Indian Grand Alliance works for the benefit of the family, not for the society and the nation, whereas BJP does politics to build society and the nation. He praised PM Modi’s dedication to serving the people and how India’s reputation has increased globally during his tenure.
He also acknowledged BJP’s efforts in honoring Birsa Munda and bringing Jharkhand into the limelight. He mentioned that BJP has brought about the most significant change in the lives of tribal people by establishing a separate Tribal Affairs Ministry under Atal Bihari Bajpayee’s government. Rajnath Singh highlighted various welfare schemes of the central government and appealed to people to vote for Arjun Munda with more than three lakh votes.
Former Chief Minister and BJP’s state president Babulal Marandi said that the public is watching the situation in Jharkhand. PM Modi talks about developing India. These people are working to develop their homes and families. In the 23 years since the formation of Jharkhand, 13 years have been under BJP’s rule, and no tribal land has been looted. They spread false propaganda that BJP will snatch land if it comes to power.
Union Minister and BJP candidate Arjun Munda said that BJP will form the government at the center with the support of the people. It will be a tribute to the sacrifices of Birsa Munda to make the lotus bloom from Khunti. He stated that Narendra Modi is the only choice for the Prime Minister at present.
AJSU Party chief and former Deputy Chief Minister Sudesh Mahato said that this election is about electing leaders for the country. Currently, there is no alternative to Prime Minister Modi.
