AJSU picketing for the demand of CBI probe in paddy purchase scam

Palamu | AJSU staged a sit-in in front of the Deputy Commissioner, demanding a probe by the CBI in the paddy purchase scam in the district. The program was presided by Vikesh Shukla, while it was conducted by Santan Mehta. Addressing the protest site, the party’s Central Secretary Satish Kumar said that raising the issue of paddy purchase scam from the party level one year ago and demanded an inquiry. Unsuccessful efforts are being made by the accused of this scam to cover up the scam. AJSU leader Imtiyaz Ahmed Najmi said that action should be taken against all the officials who gave protection to the people who killed the rights of the farmers of the district. Party’s central leader Shankar Bishwakarma said that the paddy purchase scam cannot be suppressed now. District President Vikesh Shukla said that the government should recommend an investigation to the CBI. Central member Deepak Sharma said that the paddy purchase scam has come in the next line. On the other hand, Vijay Mehta said that the relentless movement against this scam will continue.
District Convenor of AJSU Students Union, Rahul Mishra said that if the investigation is delayed even now, the student will take responsibility for this movement, after which it will be difficult to handle the district administration. Akmal Khan, District President of Minority Morcha said that this long battle will have to be fought. Central Secretary Pankaj Tiwari said that the movement will start from the blocks and will run at the state level.
On this occasion, Vimlesh Pathak, Lavkesh Singh, Tulsi Shukla, Rajendra Soni, All Jharkhand Backward Classes District President Dipu Chaurasia, Spokesperson Vashim Khan, Ram Chandra Singh, Hemant Singh, Sanju Singh, Arbind Singh, Pankaj Chandravanshi, Birender Singh, Santosh Singh, Siddhant Many people including Abhishek Raj, Santosh Mehta, Shailendra Kumar, Krishna Kumar Banpar were engaged in the protest. Later a delegation submitted a memorandum to the Deputy Commissioner in the name of the Chief Minister.
