Principal Correspondent: Dr. Shyama Prasad Mukherjee University, School of Journalism and Mass Communication, Directorate of Cultural Affairs, Department of Tourism, Art, Culture, Sports and Affairs, organized a ten-day workshop on film making and acting, ‘Jharokha-2021’. Its sixth-day workshop was started by Kundan Kumar Choudhary.
He has done a course in Film Appreciation from FTII and is currently working as a Feature Editor in Hindi newspaper Dainik. He advised the students to watch classical films like Madhumati which is a heritage movie for mass communication and filmmaking. After that, he answered the questions related to filmmaking and journalism asked by the students.
On the occasion, Kundan Kumar said “Watch movies not only for fun but also for learning”. In the second session of the workshop, senior theater artist and director Sanjay Kumar Lal made the students of theatrical arts practice drama.
