Court Awaits Maheshwari’s Response in Bindra vs. Maheshwari Legal Battle

Faridabad, EW News: The courtroom drama between two prominent motivational speakers, Dr. Vivek Bindra and Sandeep Maheshwari, has reached a critical juncture in the Faridabad court. The ongoing legal tussle, triggered by Maheshwari’s controversial social media posts, has prompted Dr. Bindra to file a case against him, seeking justice and defending his tarnished reputation.

The Faridabad court has set a decisive deadline of February 8, 2024, for a verdict on the matter. Vinit Bajaj, the advocate representing Dr. Vivek Bindra, addressed the media today, shedding light on the essential aspects of the case. Bajaj emphasized that Maheshwari’s social media posts were a deliberate attempt to tarnish Dr. Bindra’s image.

“Attempt to Tarnish the Image” – said Vinit Bajaj

Bajaj categorically stated that Maheshwari’s posts contained no truth and were meticulously crafted with the explicit intention of causing harm to Dr. Vivek Bindra’s reputation. Despite multiple court notices, Maheshwari has failed to appear in the Faridabad court to present a defense against these serious allegations.

The court, cognizant of the urgency of the matter, has issued directions for the district court to deliver a verdict by February 8, 2024. However, Sandeep Maheshwari’s absence and non-compliance with court proceedings have raised concerns. If Maheshwari continues to neglect the legal proceedings, the court reserves the right to withdraw his defense.

Advocate Vinit Bajaj expressed concern over Maheshwari’s lack of participation, highlighting the gravity of the accusations made through social media. This case underscores the importance of responsible use of social media platforms and the legal consequences that may ensue when false accusations are made with the intent to harm someone’s reputation.

The Decision will be taken on 8th February”

As the legal battle unfolds, the court eagerly awaits Sandeep Maheshwari’s response before reaching a decision on February 8, 2024. The potential withdrawal of Maheshwari’s defense serves as a stark reminder of the significance of active participation in legal proceedings to ensure a fair and justified resolution. The case also serves as a cautionary tale about the repercussions of making false accusations that could irreparably damage one’s standing in society.
