Medninagar: Under Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana-III, 77.42 lakh metric tonnes of food grains have been supplied to all the states in the month of May-June. Under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana-IV, 198.78 lakh metric tonnes of food grains have been allocated to the states for the month of July-November 2021. On this occasion, Palamu Member of Parliament Bishnu dayal Ram interacted with the beneficiaries and inquired from them that food grains are being provided to them continuously by the Central Government. He told the beneficiaries that under the Pradhan Mantri Garib Kalyan Anna Yojana, 5 kg free food grains are being provided to poor families. 80 crore people of the country are getting the benefit of this scheme, in addition to the fixed quota on the ration card, 5 kg of food grains are given free of cost.
