60 “Tika Express” vans flagged off to speed up the vaccination drive.

Ranchi | Chief Minister Hemant Soren flagged off the Support of CARE India in Covid-19 vaccine drive (Vaccine Express) in Jharkhand from Dhurwa Ground, Ranchi, adjacent to the old assembly. Speaking on this occasion, Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that 60 mobile vaccination vans are being dispatched to different districts of the state to speed up the COVID-19 vaccination campaign in the state. All these vans will serve as “Tika Express” to take the vaccination campaign to the masses. The Chief Minister said that all preparations have been made by the state government to deal with the possible challenge arising out of corona infection. The work of getting the people left out by running “Tika Express” in all the districts of the state. With the help of these “Vaccine Expresses” it will be easier for people to get the vaccine. This facility will be available to the people at their homes only.

 

More than 1 crore 70 lakh people have been vaccinated in the state

Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that till now more than 1 crore 70 lakh people across the state have been vaccinated against COVID-19. About 40 lakh people have also received the second dose of the vaccine. The Chief Minister said that the vaccination campaign should reach more and more people in the state.

 “Tika Express” has been launched in the state in association with CARE India. The Chief Minister said that even earlier during the period of the Covid-19 transition, the State Government has worked to reach out to the people through new programs to speed up the vaccination campaign.

 

Use wisdom and discretion to stay safe from COVID-19

Chief Minister Hemant Soren said that there are very limited medicines available in the country and the world to avoid Covid-19 infection. Scientists have discovered the Covid-19 vaccine to avoid this infection. All of us will get protection from Covid-19 by applying the vaccine, as well as by using our understanding and discretion, infection can also be avoided. In any case, we should use our wisdom and save ourselves as well as our family from this infection.

Chief Minister appealed to the people of the state, as the danger has not been averted, so do not take the infection lightly.

The Chief Minister appealed to the people of the state to take necessary security to avoid the infection of Covid-19. The risk of infection is not over yet. Don’t forget to take the infection lightly. Therefore, the guidelines of the government must be followed at all times. Make sure to include essential preventive measures like a face mask, social distancing, sanitizing hands, etc. in your daily routine.

On this occasion, State Health Minister Banna Gupta, Additional Chief Secretary-cum-Principal Secretary of Health Department Arun Kumar Singh, Secretary to Chief Minister Vinay Kumar Choubey, Press Advisor to Chief Minister Abhishek Prasad, Senior Emergency Secretary to Chief Minister Sunil Srivastava, CARE India K. State Program Manager Abhay Kumar Bhagat, National Advisor CK Bhagat and others were present.
