One lakh 51 thousand 350 case settled
Medininagar, Under the guidelines of Jhalsa and under the aegis of Palamu District Legal Services Authority, under the direction of Principal District and Sessions Judge Pradeep Kumar Choubey, a Lok Adalat was organized in the Behavioral Court on Saturday. On the occasion, Arvind Kachhap, Secretary, District Legal Services Authority said that seven benches had been constituted to settle the matter in Lok Adalat.In this, 58 cases were settled on the basis of conciliation agreement and cases worth one lakh 51 thousand 350 were settled. In the first bench, the matter related to family dispute was settled by Chief Justice of Family Court Martand Pratap Mishra and Advocate Chhaya Singh. In bench number two, the case of MACT and Bidhut Department was settled by DJ First Santosh Kumar and advocate Pradeep Kumar. In Bench 3, the civil matter was disposed of by Sanjay Singh Yadav, Civil Judge, Senior Division 3 and Advocate Hussain Warish.
In bench four, the criminal case was disposed of by the Sub-Divisional Judicial Magistrate Arpit Srivastava and Santosh Kumar Pandey, Advocate. 32 cases were disposed of in this bench. did it. Executive Magistrate Manoj Kumar Tiwari and advocate Veena Mishra were disposing of the matter related to ex-kutibha and revenue in bench six. 25 cases were disposed of in this bench.Railway JM Manoj Kumar and advocate Sanjay Kumar Sinha disposed of the matter related to railways in bench seven. In this one case was disposed of. Forest Department received revenue of one lakh nine thousand 600 rupees in Lok Adalat. The excise department received revenue of Rs 41 thousand 250. Railways got revenue of Rs 500.
