Two injured as miscreants open fire on staff of coal transporting firm in Chatra

Chatra, Two employees of a coal transporting firm sustained bullet injuries as bike born unidentified miscreants opened indiscriminate firing on employees in Basiya village under the Tandwa Police Station area of this district.
In the incident site in charge of the company Satish Kumar and another employee, Yashwant Pandey sustained injuries that were later sent to Ranchi for better treatment.
Upon receiving information SDPO Vikas Pandey along with other police officers reached on the spot and inquired into the incident. Police said that six armed miscreants on three bikes reached Basaria and opened fire on the people. Police said that the incident has been executed for the want of levy. (Agencies)
