RDCIS-SAIL Engineers won the AIMA’s trophy

Ranchi: The RDCIS SAIL engineers were honored with the runner-up trophy and certificate by the All India Management Association (AIMA) for their victory in the 12th Innovation Practitioners Case Study Contest and Summit, under the category of Manufacturing & Services Innovation. The RDCIS team, comprised of Sri Mithilesh Kumar Singh, AGM, Sri Ratnesh Kumar Ram, AGM, and Sri Sriprakash Sudhir, Sr. Manager, presented a case study titled "Improving balling index of sinter charge mix through process intensification," showcasing an innovative content of the recently implemented project at Sinter Plant – 2 of Bhilai Steel Plant.

The contest saw participation from numerous leading business organizations across the country. Executive Director I/c (RDCIS) Sri Nirvik Banerjee, along with Executive Director (RDCIS) Sri Sandip Kumar Kar, extended congratulations to the winning team and encouraged them to maintain their spirits. They further underscored the significance of such innovative works, emphasizing their dual impact in enhancing the techno-economic parameters of the company and promoting sustainability and de-carbonization efforts.
