Members of inter state vehicle lifting gang nabbed, six vehicles recovered

Hazaribagh, In a joint action executed by Hazaribagh and Koderma police, a dozen members of inter state vehicle lifting gang have been arrested and a total of six vehicles have been recovered from them.

Six of these vehicle lifters were nabbed by Hazaribagh police while other six were arrested by Koderma Police.
Those who were arrested by Hazaribagh police included Vicky Kumar, Rajkumar Chowdhary alias Munna, Shivshankar Prasad Gupta, Sandeep Kumar, Naushad Ansari and Santosh Bhuiyaan.

While Koderma police caught Maqbool Ansari, Sisikesh, Rakesh Kumar Pandey alias Roshan Pandey, Sunil Kumar Paswan, NunuMuni Sao and Bansi Verma.

In a joint press conference Hazaribagh SP Kartik S and Koderma SP Ehtesham Waquarib detailed regarding the arrests made. The Hazaribagh SP said a joint team of Chouparan and Barhi Police arrested six vehicle lifters and during questioning they revealed the names of their associates.

He said that later the information was shared with Koderma SP who managed to arrest six more culprits. The arrested have confessed that the stolen vehicles were sold to one Rakesh Pandey of Koderma.
