Exit polls for the 2025 Delhi Assembly elections indicate a potential comeback for the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP), while the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) is predicted to face significant challenges. The voter turnout till 6 PM was recorded at 57.70%.
According to various exit polls, the BJP is likely to secure a majority of the seats in the Delhi Assembly People's Pulse predicts 51. 60 seats for BJP, while AAP is expected to win 10-19 seats. People's Insight estimates 40-44 seats for BJP and 25-29 for AAP. P-Marq forecasts 39-49 seats for BJP and 21-31 for AAP JVC Poll predicts 39-45 seats for BJP and 22-31 for AAP. Poll Diary projects 42-50 seats for BJP and 18-25 for AAP. Chankya Strategies suggests 39-44 seats for BIP and 25-28 for AAP, while Matrize shows a close race with BIP likely to secure 35-40 seats and AAP 32-37 seats. DV Research predicts 36-44 seats for BJP and 26-34 for AAP. BJP leader Manjinder Singh Sirsa expressed confidence in the party's prospects, stating, Delhi is celebrating today like a festival. They know that they are going to be free from disease, AAPda and a party of goons. On the other hand, AAP MLA Amanatullah Khan raised concerns about the voting process, saying, "Deliberately, they have slowed down the voting process, and barricades have been placed at various locations. The fewer the votes, the more beneficial it will be for BIP!"
The final results will be announced by the Election Commission of India on February 8.
