Jharkhand was created by Atal Bihari Bajpayee: Ajay Alok

Ranchi EW News: Addressing a press conference at the state BJP office, national spokesperson of the Bharatiya Janata Party, Dr. Ajay Alok, stated that Atal Bihari Vajpayee created Jharkhand as a separate state and now Modi will strengthen it. He emphasized that BJP created both Jharkhand and Chhattisgarh as separate states, and while Chhattisgarh witnessed 15 years of continuous BJP rule, it became a developed state. However, the 5-year Congress rule in Chhattisgarh ruined it.

Dr. Ajay Alok mentioned that BJP government has been working for a year to strengthen Chhattisgarh again. He questioned the faults of the Jharkhand public, stating that they elected a tribal chief minister who is now occupying 8.5 acres of tribal land. He pointed out that this is just one case, and there might be many such cases in Jharkhand.

He highlighted the sacrifices made by many people to create the state of Jharkhand but criticized leaders like Shibu Soren, who collaborated with Laloo Prasad Yadav to delay the formation of a separate state. He reiterated Prime Minister Narendra Modi's statement that BJP created the state and will strengthen it, as they reside in the hearts of the people.

Dr. Ajay Alok also mentioned how Prime Minister Narendra Modi is fulfilling the aspirations of various states, including Jharkhand, Chhattisgarh, and Madhya Pradesh, by empowering tribal women from remote areas to become the President of India.

He praised the work done by the first Chief Minister of Jharkhand, Babulal Marandi, and the subsequent Chief Ministers like Arjun Munda and Raghubar Das, highlighting the development work undertaken during their tenure.

Regarding corruption, he questioned the source of the 350 crore rupees seized in the ED raid on a Congress leader. He emphasized that no corrupt individual will be spared, and action will continue even after the elections.

Dr. Ajay Alok expressed confidence that the people of the state will respond in the upcoming elections, both in the Lok Sabha and the state assembly, and that Prime Minister Narendra Modi will not turn a blind eye to the corruption prevailing in Jharkhand. He assured that action will be taken even after the elections.

The press conference was attended by the state media coordinator, Shivpujan Pathak, and state spokesperson Avinesh Kumar.
