Srinagar, A tourist from Nagpur died after suffering a cardiac arrest at a tourist resort of Sonamarg in central Kashmir district of Ganderbal on Saturday, official sources said.
The deceased has been identified as Akash Vijay Sharma, resident of Saroj Nagar, Nagpur in Maharashtra. He suffered a cardiac arrest at Thajwas Sonmarg. He was immediately rushed to Public Health Centre (PHC) Sonmarg where he was declared brought dead.
Police have registered a case and initiated proceedings, they added.
