The Union Minister was addressing the media on the occasion of the party's foundation day in Lucknow on Saturday. Taking aim at SP leader Akhilesh Yadav, he said that if he is so concerned about backward classes, Dalits and minorities, then why did he not get the caste census conducted while he was in the government?
