Jharkhand government will buy neonatal ambulances for 24 districts, to save children from third wave

The government has taken an important decision amidst the fear of third wave of corona in Jharkhand and the danger of a large number of children getting infected by it. For the first time, the health department is going to buy 24 neonatal ambulances for children.

These ambulances will be given to the Sadar Hospitals of all the 24 districts. In case of serious condition of the infected children admitted in Sadar Hospital, they will be referred to big hospitals like RIMS Ranchi, MGM Jamshedpur, PMCH Dhanbad and sent by Neonatal Ambulance.

USP - Baby cabin will be bacteria free

Neonatal ambulances will have a special newborn baby cabin, which will be completely bacteria free.

There will be arrangement for collapsive bed, attendant seat, special plastic medical storage cabinet.

Central oxygen line system will also be arranged.
