Ranchi University has started the process of recruitment of Assistant Professors on contract basis in 12 vocational courses. Interested and qualified candidates as per UGC standard will be selected on the basis of interview for the post of Assistant Lecturer. The interview will be held from July 13 to 15 at the Institute of Legal Studies, Morhabadi Campus. The registration of the candidates will be done from 10.30 am to 12 noon. The Governor has given permission to Ranchi University for appointment to the post of Faculty. Let us inform that earlier this interview was to be held on 28 and 29 June. The appointment interview was postponed due to lack of permission from the district administration. The candidates appearing for the Assistant Professor appointment interview have been asked to bring a demand draft of Rs. The draft will be payable in the name of Registrar Ranchi University Ranchi. Four university officers will be appointed in vocational courses in Ranchi University. This includes the positions of CVS Director Administration, CVS Finance Coordinator Finance and Director of the Institute of Management Studies. The interview for the appointment to these posts will be held on July 16 at the Institute of Legal Studies. They will be given an honorarium of 50 thousand per month. Let us inform that there is a discussion in the University Headquarters that the appointment of recently retired teachers and ex-University officers is set to be appointed on the above posts. Interview will be held for 5 subjects on 13th July. This includes PFA-Theatre, Music, Dance, Fine Art and Fashion Designing courses. On July 14, there will be an interview for four subjects. These include Geo Informatics, Gemology, Mineral Exploration, Global Sustainability and Climate Change and Medicinal Plant courses. Interview will be conducted on July 14 for appointment in three subjects. It includes Yoga, PG Diploma Guidance and Counselling, Human Right course. (Agencies)
