Gangtok, Chief Minister of Sikkim Prem Singh Tamang has conveyed greetings and to the people of Sikkim on the historic occasion of International Olympic Day and has urged the youth to actively take part in various games and sports activities so that besides healthy environment they get a chance to be noticed by the renowned associations.

CM PS Tamang, has also extended best wishes to the Indian contingent and (Sikkim born) Archer Tarundeep Rai scheduled to participate in the upcoming Tokyo Olympic Games.
CM Tamang has congratulated the Sports Department, Govt. of Sikkim for launch of ‘Road to Tokyo Olympics 2020’ in collaboration with the Sports Authority of India. A month-long program sensitizing and creating awareness among the people about the Olympics movement to be started today.
