ASSOCIATION OF STEEL EXECUTIVES OBSERVES BLACK BADGE PROTEST

EM News, Ranchi, A “BLACK BADGE” demonstration under the aegis of Association of Steel Executives, Ranchi (ASE)was observed by the executive collective of SAIL units at Ranchi on 21st June,2021 to protest against the inordinate delay in resolution of the following issues pertaining to executive collective of SAIL: Implementation of long due 3rd pay revision of executives, Pay anomaly of JO 2008 & 2010 batch and Ex gratia and compensatory employment to dependants of deceased employees due to Covid 19 It will be worthwhile to mention that the BLACK BADGE protest was observed as per the resolution of Steel Executive Federation of India the apex body of executive collective of SAIL in its virtual meeting held on May,2021 . Speaking on this occasion, Shri A. Nag, President, ASE and Shri S. Pradhan, General Secretary, ASE thanked the executive collective of SAIL units at Ranchi and stressed that the peaceful demonstration programme will continue in a phased manner till the above issues are resolved.
