Maharshtra carries out over 3 cr vaccination

Aurangabad/Mumbai, Maharashtra state has recorded the highest 7,26,588 Covid vaccination in a single day evening, Dr Pradip Vyas, Additional Chief Secretary, health department said.

With this, the total number of vaccination carried out in the state so far has gone up to 3,09,79,460.

Maharashtra has been at the forefront of vaccination in the country.
Chief Minister Uddhav Thackeray and Health Minister Rajesh Tope have lauded the health officials and staff for their remarkable performance in carrying out the vaccination process.

The vaccination drive in the state has gained momentum in the last few days, leading to significant number of people receiving the Covid jab, added Dr Vyas.
