A 24/7 WhatsApp number will be launched to allow citizens to register their grievances.
DC directed the District Information and Science Officer to ensure round-the-clock monitoring of the number with a team assigned in shifts.
Focus on Mukhyamantri Maiyya Samman Yojana:
The DC highlighted the importance of effective implementation of the Jharkhand government’s flagship Mukhyamantri Maiyya Samman Yojana to maximize its impact.
Zero Tolerance for Unauthorised Absence:
Heads of departments were instructed to ensure punctuality among employees and that no one remains absent without prior approval.

All officials were instructed to ensure compliance with the meeting's directives within the stipulated timeframe. The meeting was attended by the Deputy Development Commissioner, SDO Sadar Ranchi, ADM Law and Order Ranchi, District Transport Officer, Sub-Registrar, and other senior district-level officials. Deputy Commissioner Bhajantri reiterated his commitment to making the administration more citizen-friendly and accountable.
