Ranchi , Accusing the Hemant government of appeasement politics, the Bharatiya Janata Party has blown the trumpet of the movement against the government. Against the allotment of room for prayers in the assembly, the effigies of the Chief Minister and the Speaker of the Assembly were burnt by the BJP in 27 organizational district headquarters on Sunday. Thousands of party workers and officials were present in the effigy burning program. The effigy was burnt under the leadership of Ranchi Metropolitan President KK Gupta at Harmu Chowk in Ranchi metropolis. Hundreds of workers were involved in this.
State President and MP Deepak Prakash said that the Hemant government has banned the worship by closing the doors of temples on one side as a conspiracy, while on the other hand, rooms for offering prayers in the assembly building to please a particular community. Allotment has furthered the politics of appeasement. He said that the party will intensify the movement against the politics of appeasement. Demonstration at all district headquarters, will gherao the assembly. He said that the assembly is a temple of democracy, which Hemant government has humiliated by doing politics of appeasement.
BJP State General Secretary Aditya Sahu while attacking the Hemant government said that this government is continuously attacking the majority society. For the sake of vote bank, forgetting dignity and doing politics of appeasement. There is anger in the public due to the decision of Hemant Sarkar. The government should withdraw this decision, otherwise the people of Jharkhand will be forced to take to the streets. He said that the Legislative Assembly is the highest panchayat of the state, a temple of democracy, which the Hemant government is making a center of appeasement. To hide its failures, the Hemant government is continuously taking appeasement-filled decisions. This decision is completely unconstitutional and undemocratic.
