Youth commits suicide after family objects to drinking

Simdega, A youth committed suicide in Mainabeda village under Sadar Police Station area of the district.
The deceased has been identified as Amrut Barwa (18). The body of the youth was found hanging inside his room. The youth was a drunkard and his family members objected to his drinking habits.
On Friday night again the family members raised their objections after which he went off to sleep and the next day morning his body was found hanging. Upon receiving information a police team reached on the spot and sent the body for post-mortem.

SDPO David A Doderai said that the youth was angry as his kin objected to his drinking habits and took the extreme step.
