Lucknow: Vice President M.Venkaiah Naidu is on his three-day visit to Uttar Pradesh. He left for Ayodhya on Friday morning by a special train after attending dinner at Raj Bhavan in Lucknow on Thursday. During this, after visiting many places including Ramlala, the Vice President along with family has reached Kashi. He attended the Ganga Aarti this evening.
Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu reached Ayodhya and then Kashi with his family. During this worship was offered in various temples. The Vice President’s Secretariat said in a tweet, “Vice President M. Venkaiah Naidu and his wife Usha Naidu were present at the Ram Janmabhoomi temple site in Ayodhya today, accompanied by Uttar Pradesh Governor Anandiben Patel and Uttar Pradesh Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya.”
Earlier, amidst tight security, the special train reached platform number one of Ayodhya railway station where Governor Anandiben Patel, Deputy Chief Minister Keshav Prasad Maurya, Ayodhya MP Lallu Singh and other people’s representatives of Ayodhya received the Vice President.
