Varanasi: The court of Varanasi refused to dismiss Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra, who was appointed for the survey of Gyanvapi Mosque. At the same time, the Allahabad High Court has directed the Mathura Court to dispose of all the cases filed regarding the Sri Krishna Janmabhoomi dispute within 4 months. Apart from this, hearing is going on in the Lucknow Bench of the Allahabad High Court on the petition filed for the demand to open 22 rooms that are closed in the Taj Mahal.

In Varanasi, the court refused to remove the Advocate Commissioner Ajay Kumar Mishra, who was appointed for the survey of the Gyanvapi Masjid. Apart from court commissioner Ajay Mishra, the court has also made Vishal Kumar Singh and Ajay Singh as court commissioners. Both these people or one of them will be present during this survey. Along with this, the court has ordered to conduct the survey of Gyanvapi Masjid before May 17. The court has asked to submit the next report of the survey on May 17.

In this regard, the counsel for the plaintiff told that the court has ordered a survey of the entire mosque complex. He said, orders have been given to the Uttar Pradesh government and administration that this action should be completed. Action should be taken against those who interfere in this.
