New Delhi: The problems of Anamika Gautam, wife of MP Nishikant Dubey, have increased in Deoghar land purchase case. Supreme Court has issued notice in the land purchase case. The notice has been issued while hearing the SLP filed by Jharkhand government.

Through the SLP, the decision of the Jharkhand High Court was challenged in which the High Court had ordered quashing of the FIR registered in the case of land purchased in the name of Anamika Gautam in Deoghar.

The state government’s petition was heard in the court of Supreme Court Justice Sanjay Kishan Kaul and Justice MM Sundaresh. On behalf of the state government, senior Supreme Court advocate Arunabh Chaudhary, advocate Pragya Singh Baghel, advocate Tulika Mukherjee and advocate Binu Sharma appeared in the apex court.

It is worth that this case is related to the purchase of land of Deoghar in which Vishnukant Jha had alleged that the land whose market value is about Rs 19 crore has been registered for Rs 3 crore.
